I grew up in Singapore, a land known as a food paradise. My mother is from Chaozhou in China. She cooked many Chaozhou and spicy Singapore food in her lifetime. I learned to cook as a college student in Oregon, trying to replicate the dishes my late mom used to make and dabbling with western cooking. I hope to share with you various food that came out of my Oregon kitchen.

Oregon is dotted with many beautiful beaches along the Pacific coast line. We have an abundance of seafood including oysters, salmons, rainbow trout and dungeness crabs. I love to photograph the Oregon coast and its amazing marine life during my free time.

I hope this website will be a legacy to my children, friends and family.
