Stir-fry Soy Sauce Pork with Shitake Mushroom

This is one of my favorite dish with Thai Jasmine Rice growing up. I stir-fry the mushrooms by itself with dark soy sauce, soy sauce paste and Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce. Then I stir-fry the sliced pork tenderloin with the same sauces and shallots. It’s easy and high in protein. Join me.
