Stir-fry Yu Choy Sum and Beef Tripe

Cooked this dish this afternoon, seasoned with oyster sauce and soy sauce paste. I managed to forget to add in and stir-fry the garlic at the beginning, again so I added the garlic at the end as a garnishing. Anyway, raw garlic is healthier.
