Stir-fry Spicy Sweet Potato Leaves/ 阿公蕃薯叶

Its been more than a decade since I had sweet potato leaves. I was overjoyed to see them at an Asian store in Portland last Saturday. Thanks to our friend for taking us there. I fried them with some garlic, Thai shrimp paste, chili bean paste and dried shrimp flakes. This dish reminds me for the delicious sweet potato dish at The Soup Restaurant in Singapore call Ah Kong Fan Shu Ye which means, grandpa’s favorite sweet potato leaves. They were also one of my dad’s favorite dish. Miss my mom’s version too.
