Gong Bao Chicken Singapore Style

I had some chicken breast left so I thought I make some gong bao chicken seasoned with peanut butter, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, black vinegar and shaoxing jiu/Chinese rice wine. First I sautéed the dried chilies by themselves till they are caramelized, then I dish them out to add at the end. Next I sautéed some shallots with the chicken breast and add the seasoning as the chicken gets cooked. Join me!
