I cooked a bunch of food yesterday to last us through the week. The cabbage and bean thread are topped with crunchy dried shrimps and fried garlic like bacon bits. The Scenery of Malaysia consisted of dried shrimp flakes; a mix of shallots, garlic, ginger, Thai red chillies, lemon grass and galangal and seasoned with Thai fish sauce and shrimp paste. The roasted turkey legs are seasoned with black ground pepper, white ground pepper, light soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and some lemon juice for that extra crunch. Have a great weekend peeps!
