Braised Pork Belly/ 红烧肉

This crock pot pork belly was seasoned with molasses, Kicap manis, dark soy sauce, five spice powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, white ground pepper, black pepper, Szechuan pepper, star anise, cloves, Shaoxing jiu and dry sherry.

I flipped them when each of the sides were done, including the bottom part with the lean meat.

Mmmm…braised pork belly…melts in your mouth and in your hands!
