Satay chicken without sticks

This is an easy dish to cook. I put together this dish in 30 minutes for friends’ Passover dinner party.


3 pounds of Chicken Breast, trim off fats and cut into small 3/4 inch cubes

1 tablespoon of Cumin

1 tablespoon of Garlic powder

1 tablespoon of Onion Powder

1 heaping teaspoon of Curry Powder

1 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper

1 teaspoon of Coriander Powder

1 teaspoon of Garam Masala

3 tablespoons of Adams Peanut Butter with chunky peanuts

2 tablespoons of Peanut Oil


Add seasoning to the chicken and marinate in fridge for 3 hours if you are not in a hurry to cook it. Mix peanut butter in well with the chicken. Heat up peanut oil. Add in chicken and fry chicken evenly on all sides until golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges.
